As an Associate Employee Relations Manager you will serve as a member of the Employee Relations/HR Investigations team and viewed as an inter-divisional subject matter expert (SME) that will support and partner with others in the employee relations teams and HRBPs. You are an employee relations/HR investigations expert who manages and conducts HR Investigations for a high-volume portfolio of cases for assigned region(s) or businesses. You will also provide counsel and advice to HRBPs on employee relations matters. This position may also support high level cases as needed.

What you will do
The Associate Employee Relations Manager serves as a member of the Employee Relations/HR Investigations team and is viewed as an inter-divisional subject matter expert (SME) that will support and partner with others in the employee relations teams and Human Resources Business Partners (HRBPs).
This position is an employee relations/HR investigations expert who manages and conducts HR Investigations for a high-volume portfolio of cases for assigned region(s) or businesses. This role will also provide counsel and advice to HRBPs on employee relations matters. This position may also support high level, complex cases as needed.
You will respond to alleged violation of rules, regulations, policies, procedures and standards of conduct through the initiation of appropriate investigation procedures in partnership with Legal, Compliance and local HR teams. You will lead and conduct HR investigations for a high-volume portfolio of cases in the United States. Including intake processes, investigation planning and interviews, recommendation and determination, and reporting/insights analysis.
You will analyze HR investigations, employee relations and other data trends to address and mitigate risk and support and drive our culture of integrity.
What you need:
- 6 years of professional experience required
- 3 years in employee relations, investigations, or business-facing HR strongly preferred
- Bilingual Portuguese preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree required; specific degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred; or an additional 6 years equivalent work experience required.
- PHR, SHRM-CP, or AWI-CH certifications preferred
- 1 year of relevant investigation experience required
- Bilingual Spanish required
$99,600 - $163,200 salary plus bonus eligible + Benefits (Health, Vision, Dental, 401K, Tuition Reimbursement, Employee Assistance Program, Wellbeing Program, Employee Stock Purchase Program). This information reflects the anticipated salary range for this position based on current national data. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors
