Your role at Clorox:
This role will be responsible for a core segment of the US Cleaning BU (Toilet & Drain) and reports directly into the Cleaning Studio Lead.
In this role, you will:
- Manage S&OP business forecasts and achieve forecast accuracy targets
- Support a robust cost-savings pipeline and leverage tools like Net Revenue Management, to improve margin and drive profitable growth
- Champion a cleaner world where everyone thrives and build a purpose-driven culture that embraces IDEA (inclusion, diversity, equity, and allyship)
- Coach and develop your direct team (2-3 direct reports), as well as the segment cross-functional team with a focus on the GM mindset, analytical thinking, and executing with excellence
- Develop and execute a three-year consumer-led growth plan that helps deliver the Cleaning BU NCS, profit, and margin targets. This includes segment level sustainability and innovation projects.
- Budget management include A&SP and Packaging
- Drive priorities within the segment block team; Influence and enable the Cleaning leadership team and Business Unit to be more focused, faster, and growth-oriented
What we look for:
- Has demonstrated technical understanding of marketing priorities and KPIs. Understands how Personalization/TLS, Omni planning, and MTI impact the business.
- Ability to navigate ambiguous situations and independently shape and drive plans.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding business objectives
- Ability to influence leadership, demonstrated through ability to advance ideas for recommendations to General Manager
- Ability to drive team culture as demonstrated through participation in ERGs, IDEA, recruiting, and/or leadership in culture-driving activities
- Ability to prioritize the work that drives the most value to the organization and pivot as needed.
- Strong analytical skills required. Must able to leverage data/ analytics to identify business opportunities and challenges and craft an actionable plan to drive 3-year growth plans
- Experienced people manager, as demonstrated by ability to coach and lead a team of direct reports and/or cross functional partners (includes external experience prior to Clorox)

Based on the breadth of our ranges, most new hires will start at Clorox in the first half of the applicable range. Your starting pay will depend on job-related factors, including relevant skills, knowledge, experience and location. The applicable salary range for every role in the U.S. is based on your work location and is aligned to one of three zones according to the cost of labor in your area.
–Zone A: $138,100 - $277,400
–Zone B: $126,600 - $254,300
–Zone C: $115,100 - $231,200

This job is also eligible for participation in Clorox’s incentive plans, subject to the terms of the applicable plan documents and policies.
