Performance Marketing Associate Jobs

Robert Walters is actively hiring for a Performance Marketing Associate for a Los Angeles based celebrity fitness brand. The Performance Marketing Associate will support the efforts of the growth marketing team in growing the member base, reactivating lapsed subscribers, reducing CAC, and increasing overall member LTV.

You Will:

• Create a feedback loop to deliver insights and trends to the marketing team, media agency, creative, and merchandising teams
• Work cross-functionally with members of the marketing, media agency, and in-house creative teams to continuously improve the content they’re developing exclusively for paid media
• Ownership of weekly reporting on all campaigns and creative and delivering analysis for top performers and proposed ‘optimizations.
• Plan, evaluate, optimize, and analyze paid campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other social channels in order to drive customer growth, reactivate expired members, and increase LTV among existing members

You Have:

• Highly technical, data-driven, and creative
• Strong quantitative, analytical and problem-solving skills (GA experience a plus)
• The ability to effectively communicate with internal teams and advertising partners to efficiently drive campaign performance
• Comfortable working at a fast pace
• 1-2 years of experience working at a paid media agency
• Expert knowledge in Meta and Google, other platforms a plus
• Passion for new technology and staying on the pulse of effective growth tactics
• A blend of creativity and analytical skill with a strong results-oriented, metrics-driven approach to problem-solving
• Awesome Excel skills and familiarity with Google Docs and the rest of the Google Suite
