JOB DESCRIPTION

DIVISA is looking to fill a full-time, in-house Marketing Associate position on an immediate basis (No telecommuting, no working remotely). This role is responsible for developing and executing the company’s digital marketing strategy, including website optimization, SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and digital media buying. They will work closely with the marketing team, executives, and other stakeholders to create and implement campaigns that drive traffic, engagement, and conversions across digital channels. The Marketing Associate will also monitor and analyze performance data to continually improve the company’s digital marketing efforts.

The position requires a candidate that is innately detail-oriented, outgoing, flexible, and has inherent follow-up skills and high energy. This is a highly deadline-driven environment. The variety of required tasks, and the ability to prioritize and stay organized are critical. The right candidate will be a go-getter interested in exposure to DTC ecommerce and digital marketing for the fashion, beauty, and luxury industries, and strong attention to detail.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor and analyze performance data across all digital channels, including web analytics, email analytics, and social media analytics
• Plan and execute digital media buying campaigns across various channels, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and more
• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, including website optimization, SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and digital media buying.
• Manage email marketing campaigns, including list management, and content development
• Manage updates to the marketing calendar
• Develop and execute the company’s digital marketing strategy in collaboration with the marketing team and other stakeholders

Other marketing tasks as needed, such as:

• Organize and track client projects as needed
• Pull, compile, and distribute client reports every month
• Assist with light graphic editing and desktop publishing using Photoshop, InDesign, and some other graphic software
• Perform all other marketing duties as assigned.
• Assist with day-to-day social media management (researching, posting, scheduling, responding, etc.)
• Assist with online marketing research (Google, Amazon, Paid campaigns, Social Media) as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

• Able to have fun and get along well with others, friendly, and passionate about administratively supporting our executive, as well as the wider team
• Experience with ecommerce platforms, such as Shopify, BigCommerce, Magento, etc.
• Highly resourceful team player, with the ability to also be extremely and effectively independently accountable
• Demonstrated proactive approach to problem-solving, strong decision-making capability
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and/or Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, and Slides)
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, CIS, or a related field
• Strong communication skills, including verbal, written, and presentation
• 2+ years experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role
• Experience with digital advertising platforms, such as Meta Ads (FB/IG), Google Ads, etc.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
• Experience with email marketing platforms, such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, etc.
• Proficient in English, both verbal and written.
