Analyst - U.S Consumer Marriott Co-Brand Product, Customer Experience & Marketing
The Co-Brand Product Management team is a high impact group within the Product Management and Lending organization. Working with Blue Box business key linkages (i.e. GMS, Membership Rewards, Small Business, etc.), the team is responsible for developing and managing strategic consumer Co-Brand Card products and partnerships with the world’s major airlines, hotel chains, financial institutions, and retailers.
The Analyst/Sr. Analyst will work on a broad range of initiatives for the Consumer Marriott Co-Brand portfolio. The incumbent is responsible for supporting the portfolio’s customer experience including Card Member servicing, issue resolution, and marketing asset management, while supporting cross-portfolio strategic initiatives to drive profitability. This role combines several key competencies including relationship management, product management, and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Operational Risk Events (OREs) and Corrective Action Plans (CAPs) including troubleshooting product benefit issues
- Provide ad-hoc support on strategic projects across the portfolio
- Liaise with key external Marriott Bonvoy counterparts and internal stakeholders including Marketing, Global Servicing Network, GABM, CA&C, GCO, Compliance, Loyalty, NPD, etc.
- Conduct customer call listening to inform servicing strategy and customer experience enhancements
- Manage the annual budget including obtaining and submitting vendor invoices and tracking utilization
- Customer complaints monitoring, research, and resolution
- Marketing support through brand and legal review process of product terms, conditions, claims, and marketing assets
Qualifications:
- Strong and effective communication skills
- Ability to work through unstructured problems and develop clear action plans
- Prior experience with Product Management or Customer Experience is a plus
- Demonstrated organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and effective prioritization
- Personal excellence in relationship building, working closely with a diverse set of internal and external partners
- Willingness to ask questions and challenge the status quo
- High energy, self-starter, collaborator, and innovative spirit
- Prior travel industry/lodging experience is a plus
Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
