We are building a marketplace that connects brands to content creators who are already in the business of writing, photographing, and filming authentic review content. Today, finding third party content is a highly manual process, yet the demand to license third party content is growing exponentially - think about all of the user generated content introducing you to new brands and concepts that you see on social media everyday. GrapevineAI’s marketplace is the scalable solution to help brands license third party content so it is as easy as hailing an Uber ride. We deliver ready-to-run creator content to brands for their next social ad campaign.


We are uniquely positioned to deliver this solution with DNA from My Subscription Addiction, the leading authentic reviews site for DTC subscription, and deep industry knowledge in DTC and growth marketing. We are looking for entrepreneurial athletes to take our company from $10M to $100M+ in the next year.


What is your role?


As a Brand Success Analyst, you’ll work with our Brand Success team to accelerate growth for a portfolio of DTC brands. On a day to day basis, you will:


  • Develop Content Strategy: Partner with brands and our team of creators to define a content strategy that will hit growth goals for brands. Set up a growth roadmap to guide the brand towards success with a winning combination of written and visual content.
  • Own Performance and Analytics: Dive deep into the numbers to understand what is working, what is not, and why. Partner with the brand to iterate and hit growth goals.
  • Be Responsible for Onboarding Brands: Be the first point of contact working directly with top tier DTC brands. Onboard them, understand their growth goals, and set them up for success using GrapevineAI’s marketplace infrastructure.
  • Embrace innovation: Be curious. Raise new ideas, develop new strategies, pitch new products. The potential for expansion in this space is limitless. We want your authorship as we build and redefine social advertising.


What You’ll Bring:


  • Excel and Powerpoint guru (e.g. vlookup, pivot tables, formatting) and comfortable with data analysis
  • Impeccable communication: you can distill and convey information in a compelling manner
  • Project-management: organized, proactive, disciplined, detail-oriented, and relentless in getting things done
  • Builder: blank canvases excite you; you enjoy the process of making something and iterating
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Business savvy: you get the market, trends, competitive forces, content, and technology
  • Fun: take your work seriously but never yourself, you’re able to laugh and play while at work
  • Relationships: able to build trust quickly with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
  • 0-2 years experience across startups, quantitative analysis, performance marketing, tech, financial services, consulting, or growth industries. Fresh graduates are okay - we love training!
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: thrive in a place where change, ambiguity and action orientation are the norms
