The EyeSwoon Team is currently searching for a CX Specialist to help support our marketplace. Primarily responsible for communications flowing through our support channels, this role will touch order resolution, source product information and help be the voice of our customer.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY
- Assist vendor management teams with customer impacting operations
- Flag issues across all touchpoints of the customer experience from the website, transactional emails, fulfillment and order resolution
- Manage all inbound customer communications and vendor outreach where necessary
- Maintain SOPs, knowledge base content, FAQs and relevant databases
- Monitor and report contact data and relevant KPIs
WHO YOU ARE
- Proven customer support and experience advocate. A problem solver to your core; both reactive and anticipatory
- Standout attention to detail and effective writing skills
- High personal commitment, desire to meet and exceed individual goals
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with eCommerce operations and tools, a Shopify toolstack preferred
- Working knowledge of Helpdesk software; Gorgias, Zendesk, Kustomer, etc
- 1+ years of customer support, CX or similar experience
- Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office experience, can build beginner data sets
- Comfortable in an agile, remote work environment
OPPORTUNITIES TO WOW

- Experience with and/or personal interest in the luxury home, lifestyle and design industries
