Product Manager – Household Consumer Goods

Brand Buzz is an official licensee to the Clorox Company. We develop and distribute products under the Clorox umbrella of brands. Our categories include dish, laundry, air care, specialty cleaning, grilling, disposable tabletop and many more. You will be joining a dynamic and fast paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out products that deliver the company’s vision and strategy.

Brand Buzz is looking for a highly motivated, energetic, self-starter to take on the role of Product Manager for our Glad and Kingsford disposable tabletop & food storage product lines which include, but are not limited to paper & plastic plates, bowls, serving trays, cups, cutlery, placemats, and food storage containers. The Product Manager will own the development process from the initial concept stage all the way through to the in-store finished good.

Responsibilities

· Manage the commercialization process for new tabletop & food storage products - ensuring that the product is developed on time, on budget, and meets internal standards and the standards of our licensing partners

· Communicate with new and existing suppliers to get quotes, manage production timelines, send/review artwork and evaluate products

· Conduct market research and analyze customer feedback to identify gaps in the market and new product opportunities

· Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as design, sales, and marketing to ensure that the product is delivered on time and meets customer expectations

· Work closely with our Clorox & internal licensing team to keep them updated during all stages of product development

· Work with regulatory and testing organizations to ensure product complies with relevant regulations & licensor requirements

· Track and manage a large SKU assortment & stay on top of multiple projects running concurrently

Requirements

· Must have 2+ years of experience in consumer goods or relevant development and production experience

· Must be NYC based

· Able to work quickly and independently in a fast-paced environment (Multi-tasking & organization are a MUST)

· Proven ability to build cross-functional partnerships

· Results driven, accountable and honest

· Positive attitude & willingness to go above and beyond to get things done
