Overview A Customer Experience Product Specialist is responsible for providing a high level of customer service and product knowledge to customers. They are responsible for understanding customer needs and providing solutions that meet those needs. They must be able to effectively communicate with customers, both verbally and in writing, and be able to work with a variety of different departments to ensure customer satisfaction. Detailed Job Description The Customer Experience Product Specialist is responsible for providing a high level of customer service and product knowledge to customers. They must be able to effectively communicate with customers, both verbally and in writing, and be able to work with a variety of different departments to ensure customer satisfaction. The Customer Experience Product Specialist will be responsible for providing product information, answering customer inquiries, and resolving customer issues. They will also be responsible for providing product demonstrations, training, and support. Job Skills Required• Excellent customer service skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• At least two years of customer service experience
• At least one year of product knowledge experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
