The Radioligand Training Manager (RLT), Product & Disease Training is responsible for the development, delivery and execution of Product and Disease State curriculum for the Radio Ligand Therapy (RLT) products in the US Innovation Medicines Customer Engagement organization. This individual ensures cross-functional input is integrated by collaborating with key stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Patient services, etc.) to ensure there is alignment in the delivery of training curriculum. Collaborates with other training functions (i.e., Customer Engagement Skills, Leadership Excellence, PSS/Managed Markets and Technology & Operations) to ensure all RLT customer facing associates are trained compliantly and effectively.

This is a remote opportunity. This position will require approximately 20% travel for Training, meetings and other related events.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead development of RLT national and district meetings in conjunction with brand teams. Ensure materials are MAP approved per Novartis policy.
  • Ensure all materials are approved and compliant consistent with Novartis policies
  • Identify and execute pull through opportunities for each learning program and leverage the pre and post training metrics to measure impact on business outcomes
  • Responsible for full alignment with RLT marketing positioning, strategic imperatives and brand plans
  • Collaborate with training functions (Customer Engagement Skills, Leadership Excellence, PSS/Managed Markets and Technology & Operations) and key stakeholders including external vendors, and BU functions (e.g., PSS, Sales, Marketing, Market Access, Operations, Medical and P&O) in the development of training materials that reflect the needs of the RLT product, evolving market landscape and legal/regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure customer facing associates maintain annual product certification of RLT products in collaboration with CE operations
  • Lead Development of RLT Product Training curriculum
  • Develop and maintains ownership of KPI tracking/reporting progress on the Product curriculum in collaboration with Technology & Operations team
  • Develop on-going training; constantly stays attuned with field training needs; development and implementation of training activities, and completion of on-going assessment
  • Design / Refresh new hire training curriculum, including the design, production, implementation, coordination, and evaluation of all product training activities
  • Conduct on-going needs analysis (customer feedback, field interactions, SMEs, etc.) and leverage results to inform/adjust training strategy and curriculum as needed
  • Ensure insights are captured from all Customer facing teams and infused into training curriculum

Minimum requirements

Essential Requirements:

Education:
  • Team player capable of working in large cross functional teams (such as build relationships with sales and marketing organization at all levels)
  • A minimum of 3 years of Prostate/ RLT experience or related Oncology/Diagnostic experience is required.
  • 3-years of pharma sales experience is required, 5 years is preferred
  • 2 years of industry sales training experience is required
  • Bachelor’s Degree is required, Advanced degree preferred
  • Excellent problem solving, communication, listening, and facilitation, planning, team building and communication skills
  • Strong overall sales acumen and business experience
  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize information to develop recommendations, and ability to persuade / influence organization pursuit of recommended path
  • Brand strategy, tactics understanding combined with strong clinical & therapeutic knowledge
