Job Description
Exciting part time contract opportunity for a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Coordinator to join a successful agricultural based company in Encinitas, CA. As an Accounts Receivable Coordinator, you will report directly to the VP of Finance. The Accounts Receivable Coordinator will record daily cash activity and perform weekly cash reconciliations. The Accounts Receivable Coordinator will also manage accounts receivable and monthly reporting of AR aging. The Accounts Receivable Coordinator can expect a 3-day work week, with an option to join the team in Encinitas onsite or working 100% remote. Early training will be provided onsite in Encinitas during the first 2 weeks of contract employment.


Additional Responsibilities


  • Customer invoicing
  • Manage credit terms
  • Miscellaneous daily accounting tasks
  • Record deposits
  • Print check runs


Position Requirements


  • Strive for continuous improvement in both individual and team goals
  • Timely communication on all issues, both internal and external
  • 3+ years of experience in accounting
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Friendly, cooperative, and flexible
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, mainly Outlook, Excel and Word
  • 3+ years of experience with an ERP system


Compensation And Benefits


  • Part Time hours: 20 per week
  • Hourly Rate: $22/hr
  • Contract Duration: 9-12 months
