Job Description

This position is ONSITE daily in Valencia, California. Do NOT apply if you are not local and willing to commute to the office daily.


We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our finance team. As a Staff Accountant with a focus on AR, you will play a crucial role in various accounting functions, including customer invoicing, collections, general ledger maintenance, journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting audit preparations.


Customer Invoicing: Process customer invoices accurately and promptly, ensuring compliance with company controls and policies.

Month-end Close: Actively participate in the month-end close process, including preparing journal entries related to accounts receivable and inventory, conducting balance sheet reconciliations, and analyzing AR functions.


Requirements

Bachelor's degree in accounting or a relevant field.

3+ years of full cycle Accounts Receivable experience.

Experience using an ERP system, preferably Microsoft D365.
