We have an exciting opportunity for you to showcase your talents as part of our dynamic accounting department. As an analytical accounts receivable professional, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth flow of financial transactions, from receipt processing to efficient collections.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices through ongoing educational opportunities.
• Maintain comprehensive records of payments and account statuses, ensuring timely billing and collections.
• Investigate and resolve any account discrepancies swiftly and effectively, ensuring the accuracy of financial records.
• Handle the processing and recording of transactions, maintaining up-to-date and error-free ledgers and journals.
• Generate insightful reports and statements for internal use, contributing to informed decision-making processes.
• Process, verify, and accurately post receipts for goods sold or services rendered, maintaining precise records of each transaction.
• Work closely with the collections department to assess accounts, analyze client payments, review credit history, and devise improved repayment terms.
• Execute administrative and clerical tasks, including data entry, invoice preparation, sending reminders, filing paperwork, and engaging in client communications regarding their accounts.
• Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary information, guaranteeing the accuracy and completeness of records.

Requirements:

• Exhibit outstanding communication, research, problem-solving, and time management skills, enabling effective collaboration and efficient task execution.
• Emphasize a high level of accuracy, efficiency, and accountability in your work, ensuring meticulous attention to detail at all times.
• Possess a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in a similar role, showcasing your proficiency in accounts receivable processes.
• Hold a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, demonstrating your commitment to a solid foundation in financial principles.
• Demonstrate the ability to build strong relationships with both clients and internal departments, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
• Display exceptional mathematical aptitude, strong typing skills, and computer proficiency, particularly with bookkeeping software.
