Job Description

At All Digital Rewards, we are a Fintech company committed to delivering top-notch solutions and services to our incentives and rewards clients in need of employee recognition, consumer engagement, customer loyalty, and sales incentive program automation. We are seeking a strategic and experienced Account Manager/Account Executive/Relationship Manager with B2B experience to join our team.


Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of large client accounts, developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Become an expert in ADR's system, educating and upselling clients on its features and benefits.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Create standard operating procedures (SOPs) to support your clients.
  • Provide proactive guidance and support to clients, anticipating and addressing their needs.
  • Write Statements of Work and Manage small projects, ensuring timely and accurate completion while meeting client expectations.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to grow the account management team, mentoring and developing team members.
  • Review and approve client invoices.
  • Communicate effectively with clients at the executive level, presenting strategic insights and recommendations in business reviews.
  • Monitors programs to ensure on-time delivery and eliminate issues before they affect the client.
  • Build and manage a team of account coordinators to assist all clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams at ADR to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions.



Requirements

  • Strong project management skills and experience managing small projects.
  • Monitor and report on client performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing action plans to address issues.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
  • Proven track record of managing large clients with multiple touchpoints and communicating effectively at the executive level.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, advertising, communications or a related field.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging best practices in account management, our industry and business-to-business services.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to draw actionable insights from data.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B Agency Style account management, account executive, or relationship management roles, preferably within the Fintech or Health Tech industries.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and understand complex systems and upsell clients on their benefits.
  • Successful history of building and managing teams.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Knowledge of the incentives, rewards, and payments industry.
  • Strong understanding of business operations and financial management practices.
  • Experience growing and developing an account management team.
  • Master's degree in business, marketing, advertising, communications or a related field.
