Ability to manage within an integrated schedule and track the critical path

Manage specific schedule & deliverables and have input & support the SI’s integrated program schedule

Help manage risks and mitigations strategies

Help manage the program budget, actuals and remaining cost

Demonstrated track record of leading or playing a key PM role in ERP deployments

Clinical project implementation and management is required, Epic or Meditech specific experience is preferred.

Expected to manage multiple projects by maintaining the high level of quality in terms of deliverables, implementation and customer experience.

Follow PMO methodology, processes to lead and manage projects end to end

Responsible for analyzing, understanding business requirements, vendor statement of works and other form of requirement documents to clearly outline project artifacts

Bachelor’s degree in related field or relevant experience in an Information Systems environment required.

Working experience in large multi-hospital system is preferred

Project management experience a plus

Prepare and support upper Senior PM in management meetings on a weekly basis.

Preemptively review potential issues and escalate to manager; collaborate with the PD team to reach a viable solution.

Support manager with the PD team communication of next steps and updates if on any changes.

Attend weekly production meetings with Senior Project Manager, COO and PD team to review all timelines and update status.

Participate with manager on cross -functionally in International strategic alignment meetings for all necessary due dates and deliverables.

Experience with e-Sourcing/e-Procurement project management

Oversee and manage the change management, communication, and training strategies and approaches

Develop catalog enablement strategy with category managers

Manage supplier training and onboarding, including the enrollment with the supplier network

Effective analytical skills are required

Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment

5+ years of work experience in construction management.

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred, not required.

Experience using construction or project management software preferred. (BlueBeam / SalesForce is currently being utilized)

Strong communication skills, leadership skills, organizational skills, problem-solving skills, and time-management skills

Prior management experience to visualize future needs to build a team.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related fields preferred.

Experience with IT project management

Experience within a delivery project management lead role

Extensive experience within management consulting or consulting services (Big 4 preferred)

Time management skills are a must; as well as the ability to be flexible and creative

Strong leadership presence and ability to interact with senior management within Capgemini and the Client organization

Successful teamwork experience and demonstrated leadership abilities are required

BA/BS degree with 8+ years of experience

Excellent human resource management skills, ability to oversee team of project managers as part of the overall program

Program budgeting and financial management required to deliver within allocated funding.

Management/oversight of project/program managers and cross-functional programs, processes, and workflows within Point32Health that support and service the programs and key initiatives.

Able to coach/mentor less experienced project managers and effectively lead in a matrixed environment

Strong negotiating, influencing, and advocacy skills, ability to lead others both internally and externally to ensure the success of the program.

Ability to navigate political issues using advanced organizational (Point32Health) knowledge.
