Overview A Learning Development Partner is a professional who works with organizations to create and implement learning and development programs. They are responsible for designing, developing, and delivering learning and development initiatives that are tailored to the needs of the organization. They also provide guidance and support to employees in order to help them reach their full potential. Detailed Job Description A Learning Development Partner is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering learning and development initiatives that are tailored to the needs of the organization. They work with stakeholders to identify learning and development needs, develop and implement learning and development plans, and evaluate the effectiveness of the programs. They also provide guidance and support to employees in order to help them reach their full potential. They may also be responsible for creating and delivering training materials, conducting training sessions, and providing feedback to employees. Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field
• Experience in learning and development
• Certification in instructional design or related field
