What We Expect:

The Learning & Development Manager coordinates and organizes a range of development activities that contribute to the attainment of the Company’s clearly prescribed performance standards and Hotel Goals. The Learning Manager must systematically analyze the Hotels training needs and deliver relevant learning, plan and coordinate the production of Departmental Training Plans, act as an internal consultant to Heads of Departments on department related training issues, source and recommend appropriate external training organizations or resources, maintain a current knowledge of statutory requirements and develop creative and innovative training programs.

Job duties include but are not limited to:

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• The ability to have strong communication skills among employees, managers and co-workers.
• Two to five years previous employment in a related position. Human Resources or Hospitality Education is preferable, however, not essential if applicants have previous relevant work experience
• The ability to multi-task on several tasks at once.
• Previous luxury hotel experience working in the operation
• College degree required
• We are looking for individuals who are dynamic and inspirational, have good communication and interpersonal skills and are able to evidence professionalism and adaptability.
• Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language
