Learning & Development Generalist Responsibilities:

• Provide ongoing assistance to users of employee development programs; develop and deliver user training and any relevant communication pieces regarding the programs
• Create engaging and informative courses for corporate employees
• Collaborate with team members and communicates relevant information to leadership
• Administer and update the LMS
• Administer and recommend training and development opportunities that will improve employee's performance and help to achieve career progression
• Recommend process improvements for area of responsibility
• Assist in the investigation, design, creation and revision of employee development projects as requested
• Understand developing trends in the training and development industry, and share with their team and others in Human Resources

Learning & Development Generalist Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Experience with SharePoint, Learning Management Systems and instructional design software preferred
• 5+ years of L&D or Training experience
• Experience working in a corporate setting
• Experience using LMS or E-learning tools (Cornerstone)
• Personable, organized and detail-oriented
