• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Assist in the administration of payroll and other HR related tasks.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees and other stakeholders.
• Monitor and evaluate employee performance and provide feedback.
• Assist in the development of training and development programs.
• Participate in the development of organizational goals and objectives.
