The anticipated starting salary will be $65,931 – $77,218.

Be well versed in Inclusion and Leadership Development subject matter

Leverage multi-component learning solutions and support frameworks to embed bespoke learning, ensuring optimum results in a fast-paced environment.

Translate client’s strategic intent and diverse inputs into a coherent organization capability strategy for the business.

Experience leading programs from idea concept to pilot, to execution and evaluation establishing program requirements using data and metrics.

Assess our needs to develop and implement solutions that promote DEI processes across the employee life cycle

• Facilitate opportunities for White Bird team members to receive continued education on topics related to Inclusion/Diversity/Equity/Accessibility.

• Experience working collaboratively within teams of 2-6 people.

• Develop an annual schedule of community engagement activities, as well as budgets for these activities.

• Develop new IDEA-focused initiatives for future White Bird seasons.

• Together with the Executive Director, create funding strategies for current and future community programs.

• Conduct surveys, interviews, and other forms of feedback collection.

Project Manage DEI Project projects and operations

Knowledgeable about terminology/well versed in language connected to diversity, culture, and equity topics

Must work collaboratively with strong interpersonal and relationship building skills

Flexible work environment, allowing for full-time remote work globally for positions that can be performed outside a HARMAN or customer location

Support with diversity reporting and monthly dashboards

Brainstorm creative content for global DE&I workshops/panel discussions/learning series events

Experience writing, presenting, and consulting with partners inside and outside of the organization

Experience networking with multicultural partners to support strategic goals

Preferred understanding of data analytics related to DE&I measures to assess progress

Ph.D. degree in chemistry or biochemistry.

Strong project management and change adoption skills; able to juggle multiple deliverables in a highly dynamic environment

Experience with ATS technology, candidate management platforms, social media platforms, and survey tools

Maintain strong relationships with various national/regional diversity organizations (e.g. African-American, Hispanic-American, Asian-American, Native-American, Women, LGBTQIA, Veterans, People With Special Abilities)

1-3 years of diversity recruitment experience

Excellent communication & storytelling skills (both verbal and via presentation decks/documents)
