Competitive salary ranges from $80,000 - $120,000 USD (dependent on experience, certifications, and portfolio)

Assist with various special projects, hosting various in-person and remote DEI events, panels and engagement activities

A proven ability to build trusting relationships with exceptional listening skills and openness

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Proven success in building DEI infrastructure, change management and organizational development in a multi-cultural environment

A demonstrated track record of success engaging with underserved and marginalized communities, and experience making transformational changes to benefit these

Maintains knowledge of diversity-related issues, legislation, and best practices

Five years of experience in developing, implementing, and managing diversity, equity, and inclusions initiatives

Strong responsive problem- solving and compliance skills

Project management skills to manage a campaign/program/event from creation through execution

You have writing, editing and storytelling skills – engaging with diverse audiences gained through internal or external communications experience

Participate in continued DEI trainings and certifications for ongoing development.

1+ year of experience in a diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) role

2+ years of communications, marketing, and/or branding experience

2+ years' work experience with college degree
