Plan and execute diversity recruitment events and programs focused on the recruitment and hiring of professionals, manager level and above

Partner with the Recruitment Marketing Manager to develop social media strategies that position Whirlpool as an inclusive employer of choice

3+ years of Talent Acquisition experience including 1+ years leading diversity, equity, and inclusion programs

Experience planning and managing relationships and events for internal and external partners

Experience in Diversity Sourcing and Inclusive Hiring Practices
