Job Summary:
You will direct the implementation of programs in compliance with legislation, Bank policy and strategic goals under the Office of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (ODE&I). Provide oversight of policy and programs communication strategy to Bank staff and external constituencies. Support the District diversity leaders and partners in efforts to develop and implement District strategies. Work as liaison with Human Resources, EEO and with other collaborators to identify the need for professional development strategies to support the organization's goals to diversify the internal talent pipeline. Coordinate and develop appropriate diversity education and development solutions to further the awareness and education of Bank management and staff. You will report to ODE&I officer leadership.

Locations: Atlanta, Miami, Birmingham, New Orleans, Nashville, and Jacksonville, FL
Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Bank's exit interview program and process to gather insights from employees separating from the Bank and report themes and statistics to the Bank's senior management.
  • Engage with the Bank's internal communications staff to develop and support communication plans and strategies, to educate staff about diversity, equity and inclusion programs and to report on progress.
  • Work with management and internal diversity leaders/partners to develop understanding of business influences linked to diversity and inclusion and career development strategies. Establish and track metrics and work with Bank's EEO Officer and team to identify barriers to inclusion and equity and related training opportunities.
  • Develop and coordinate district diversity and inclusion education for all staff including senior management. Coordinate with internal diversity workgroup leaders/partners and Human Resources staff to develop department specific and focused diversity education.
  • Provide leadership on best practices related to attracting, retaining, developing and promoting a diverse workforce, in collaboration with Human Resources Recruiting staff. Create strategic partnerships to highlight the benefits of a career at the Bank and promote the Bank's commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion.
  • As a people manager, you will produce and implement programs for the Office of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (ODE&I). Participate in development of the District's Strategic DE&I Business Plan. Consult on programs to achieve our goals.
  • Work in collaboration with appropriate partners on projects related specifically to compliance with legislative requirements, to include Congressional Reporting, Workforce Diversity, Supplier Diversity, Good Faith Effort Compliance and Financial Literacy Outreach. Provide guidance to employee DE&I volunteer groups.
Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's Degree
Experience: 5 or more years preferred in Diversity &Inclusion, HR or people-related initiatives. Demonstrated people, project, and/or initiative leadership is required.
Knowledge Areas:
