GP Strategies Corporation has an opening for a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) Trainer/Facilitator. This is a full-time, benefitted position. The candidate will work east coast hours and can work remotely. Most classes will be run virtually but there will be the possibility of occasional onsite classes. Candidates will need to have direct experience in facilitating DE&I classes.
Job Summary:

We offer a variety of solutions from consultancy to focus groups, training sessions, conference pieces.
In line with our strategy, we are seeking a Trainer/Facilitator to play a key part in the growth of our business through development and delivery of our Inclusion and Leadership solutions. The role of the Inclusion and Leadership Development Facilitator is to foster learner discussions, provide feedback, and encourage insight and reflection.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be well versed in Inclusion and Leadership Development subject matter
- Engage with client audiences from individual contributors through to line managers, creating trusted advisor insider relationships to sustain a long-term relationship.
- Deliver high quality training experiences to a global audience via face to face and live virtual delivery.
- Flexible and agile in responding to learner and stakeholder needs.
- Translate client’s strategic intent and diverse inputs into a coherent organization capability strategy for the business.
- Leverage multi-component learning solutions and support frameworks to embed bespoke learning, ensuring optimum results in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
- MS Office Suite
- Ability to travel up to 10% to deliver onsite classes
- Direct experience delivering Diversity, Equity and Inclusion training virtually as well as in person
