Job Description
Magnit Direct Sourcing on behalf of Toyota is currently hiring for a DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) Recruiting Analyst role for a temporary, hybrid assignment in Plano, TX.
This position is a 6-month assignment, with potential to extend. The pay range for this role is between $32-$35/Hr. Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K.
DEI Recruiting Analyst

The primary responsibility of this role is to support efforts across the organization to seek the best and most diverse talent in the marketplace, and to help Toyota maintain its status as the top mobility company in the world. Reporting to the Senior Analyst of TA Strategy and Diversity Outreach, the person in this role will support the TA Strategy department's objective to position Toyota as an “employer of choice” that seeks and values a highly diverse workforce where people are respected for their unique abilities/backgrounds, can be their true and authentic selves, and can effectively challenge the status quo.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the implementation of a comprehensive multi-year strategy to find the best and most diverse talent in the marketplace, using various tools and outreach mechanisms to engage the talent where they live (eg. social media platforms, educational and trade institutions, professional organizations, networking groups, and clubs)
  • Maintain strong relationships with various national/regional diversity organizations (e.g. African-American, Hispanic-American, Asian-American, Native-American, Women, LGBTQIA, Veterans, People With Special Abilities)
  • Assist with implementing, in conjunction with other HR/TA resources, internal training, and other educational materials to help functions identify gaps and create plans to enhance the diversity of their teams
  • Other HR and/or TA projects as needed, or that may be related to other diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives
  • Track relevant metrics around a diverse workforce, and use those metrics to guide improvement discussions with stakeholders and adjust plans as needed
  • Stay abreast of best practices and key initiatives/advancements in the diversity, equity & inclusion space in the marketplace; take the lead for the TA team on executing both internal and external diversity-related surveys
  • Partner with and influence various Toyota stakeholders which are instrumental in the successful implementation of diversity strategies/plans (e.g. HR/TA college and professional recruiters, HR business partners, Social Innovations leadership, Functional leadership, Company affinity groups)

Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Ability to track, report, and analyze performance metrics to make data-based decisions
  • Strong desire to learn all parts of the TA function and participate in cross-collaboration projects
  • Ability to function in high-performing teams and provide influence across various organizational stakeholders
  • 1-3 years of diversity recruitment experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
  • Demonstrated passion in the value of a diverse and inclusive workforce
  • Strong project management and change adoption skills; able to juggle multiple deliverables in a highly dynamic environment
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business/Management or related field; or equivalent relevant work experience
  • Excellent communication & storytelling skills (both verbal and via presentation decks/documents)
  • Ability to host virtual/live events during peak recruitment cycles
Added bonus if you have
  • Deep knowledge and established relationships with national/regional diversity organizations
  • Experience with ATS technology, candidate management platforms, social media platforms, and survey tools
  • Experience working with external agencies and managing budget
  • Previous experience driving diversity initiatives for a large organization

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business/Management or related field; or equivalent relevant work experience
