5+ years of leadership experience in QSR, retail or hospitality industry

3+ years of training program design and implementation experience in QSR, retail or hospitality industry operations

Strong time management and project management skills;

Management and oversight which includes establishing administrative processes and programmatic guidelines;

2+ years of experience as a Training and Development Director or Manager or related position;

REQUIREMENTS (EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, CERTIFICATIONS, AND OTHER SKILLS)

● 5+ years of strong leadership experience.

Familiarity with virtual and remote learning concepts and Learning Management Systems

Experience in planning and implementation of continuing education programs for clinicians preferred but not required.

Evaluate the effectiveness and impact of training programs to improve content quality and participant experience

Meet and engage subject matter experts, key partners, and learners to conduct needs analyses, define requirements, and develop content

At least 5 years of leadership development, talent, or organizational effectiveness experience

Excellent facilitation, communication, and presentation skills

Experience with sales enablement tools and technologies, such as CRM systems, sales content management platforms, and learning management systems.

Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality results.

Establish and maintain a culture of continuous learning within the revenue organization by promoting self-paced learning, mentorship programs, and knowledge-sharing platforms.

Sales Training or Sales methodology certification such as NASP, CPSL, SPIN, Challenger or Miller Heiman is highly desirable.

Experience in an Enterprise Sales environment with 20+ quota bearing reps

Strong knowledge of multiple sales methodologies, techniques, and best practices, with a proven track record of driving sales performance improvement.

Strong organizational and project management skills, demonstrated ability to successfully drive a project to completion.

Partnering with members of the US Commercial Leadership Team to build bluebird bio SGD franchise capabilities and support industry leadership position

Experience in high science, competitive market required.

Product launch and multiple brand training experience strongly preferred.

Acting and leading as a subject matter expert on product, disease state and QTC onboarding, activation and patient pull through.
