About Eagle Eye Networks:
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer training and leverage this knowledge to enhance our training offerings.
- Act as a partner and end user advocate within the organization, ensuring that multiple target audience needs and feedback are properly addressed.
- Identify training needs, certification types, and recommended solutions (through execution) as the programs continue to scale worldwide
- Lead the training program vision and strategy, while collaborating cross functionally with sales, product, marketing, customer success and technical support to ensure the programs and training content align with the organization’s priorities each quarter (e.g., technical certifications, new product training)
- Own the LMS tool and user experience for continued improvements to drive engagement with rapid learning modules, additional certifications, etc
- Create, maintain, and deliver a high impact learning portfolio with learning methodologies, tools, and paths built to serve a variety of partner personas (e.g., sales, technical) and customers
- Lead and mentor a team of training and content specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure consistent and high-quality training delivery
- Monitor the in-person training program budget to ensure we’re managing the expenses accordingly
- Consult with other departments when internal Eagle Eye training needs arise (e.g., annual compliance training)
- Continuously assess the effectiveness of training programs through metrics and feedback, making data-driven improvements as needed
- Proven experience with curriculum and content development (e.g., self-paced learning, webinars, presentations), delivery methodologies and general best practices
- Strong ability to build consensus across cross-functional teams with a focus on data and metrics-driven decision making when possible
- A problem-solver with a proven track record of creativity and innovation
- Ability to prioritize initiatives based on the evolving learning and enablement needs of the company, making strategic recommendations to leadership
- Profound understanding of enablement best practices, sales cycles, sales processes, and sales coaching
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
- Ability to lead within a fast-paced, high-growth work environment
- Minimum 10 years experience in learning and development
- Accomplishments leading and executing education and enablement for SaaS companies
- Bachelor’s degree required
- SaaS sales experience is a plus
