Job Description

Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Director of Training Operations for a local pharmaceutical organization. This is an exciting opportunity that will enable the right person to take Training to the next level and be the change agent for the organization!


The Director of Training will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing training initiatives within the pharmaceutical organization. This position requires substantial knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and a strong understanding of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations.

  • This position is in office 100%, M-F, 8am – 5pm


Required Experience:

  • Automation processes/Robotics
  • Bachelors or higher (preferred) education in pharmaceutical science, life science, or instructional design
  • Manufacturing experience
  • Quality Assurance / Quality Control experience in Pharmaceuticals
  • FDA regulations experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in GMP-regulated pharmaceutical environment with minimum of 2 years’ experience in learning and development in a FMP-regulated environment
