Because of our continued growth, we are looking for a qualified HR Business Partner to oversee Human Resources operations on the East Coast and ensure they are aligned with our business goals.

Essential Job Duties:

  • Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills. Experience in group & virtual facilitation and team coaching with a track record of improving overall performance
  • Familiarity with virtual and remote learning concepts and Learning Management Systems
  • Meet and engage subject matter experts, key partners, and learners to conduct needs analyses, define requirements, and develop content
  • Senior-level expertise across a variety of training methods. Excellent ability to engage with people at all levels of our organization, from crew to franchise owners
  • Evaluate the effectiveness and impact of training programs to improve content quality and participant experience
  • Develop a framework for tracking the effectiveness of training in all formats (self-learning, instructor-led learning, virtual and remote learning, supplemental materials, and interactive learning)
  • Establish trust and credibility across the organization by understanding the company culture, proactively engaging with teammates & leaders, and providing opportunities for team members professional growth
  • Foster a learning culture, role model inclusive leadership, and bring leadership development to a new level
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with an inclusive mindset and drive for results
  • Ability to operate at the intersection of strategy, operations, external customer, and internal organization


Education:

  • Excellent written and verbal skills are essential: must be able to capably write a variety of training support documentation, including training course outlines and content, written tests/assessments, and any other documents necessary for training. Instructional design experience a plus.
  • At least 5 years of leadership development, talent, or organizational effectiveness experience
  • An advanced background in learning and development with a strong focus on leadership development
  • Experience in planning and implementation of continuing education programs for clinicians preferred but not required.
  • Forward thinking with an ability to set direction and motivate teams on what is possible.
  • A growth mindset and a passion for helping people continuously improve
  • Visionary Leadership: Displays passion and optimism; inspires respect and trust; mobilizes others to fulfill the vision; provides vision and inspiration to peers and subordinates
  • Master’s Degree preferred
  • Experience in Training & Development in a dental service organization/healthcare environment preferred but not required
  • Knowledge of HIPAA/FDCPA compliance is strongly preferred
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and presentation skills
