Workday BSA

Location: Remote (Bay Area preferred)

Start Date: 9/11

LOA: 6 months +

A direct client of Robert Half is in need of two Workday BSAs to join their team currently underway with a new implementation of Workday. The right candidates will bring extensive system knowledge, best practices, and module-specific experience to the table. Our client has multiple Functional Leads over all of their functional teams that these resources will work with to impart process, workflow, and day to day operational experience. Beyond that regimented knowledge transfer, our client expects these resources to bring a “Let me show you” angle to this implementation, and team. There will be expectations around requirements gathering and process improvement once the implementation is stabilized from a team knowledge perspective, but right out of the gate these resources will focus mainly on building a knowledge base. In addition, these folks will lead testing efforts, both unit and UAT, as well as work closely with their IT team to preempt any issues they see on the roadmap.

Financials:

Focus on AP, AR, GL, Acct, Assets, Projects

MUST:

Workday system experience

BSA experience

Training and best practices

FIN module expertise in AP, AR, GL, Acct, Assets, Projects

PLUS:

Implantation experience
