Drive the Workday Financials implementation for an industry leading business

Location: Remote (Bay Area preferred)

Focus on AP, AR, GL, Acct, Assets, Projects

FIN module expertise in AP, AR, GL, Acct, Assets, Projects

Conduct sessions with customers to analyze business requirements, provide solutions to complex business problems, and transfer knowledge

Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively manage customer expectations and relationships

Develop solutions to align with customer requirements and provide appropriate artifacts and deliverables

Actively share product knowledge with others to grow our practice

Identify strategies, risks, and options to determine ideal approaches that lead to meeting requirements for customers

Current Workday certification in Student Financial Aid and/or Student Financials preferred

Notify management and appropriate organization/department of issues or unplanned events that could impact the effectiveness/schedule/budget of the implementation.

Exceptional presentation and knowledge transfer skills.

Provide professional services such as consultation, software readiness, and education to clients on Tyler software products.

Design and conduct knowledge transfer sessions on site or through webinars.

Educate users on software functionality as well as on data entry, system administration, user security, and user permissions.

Perform consultation/analysis of client business model to identify and document client requirements regarding Tyler products and functionality.

Oversee maintenance of test environments, testing, change approvals, and release management.

Support the Workday user community in system usage, data changes (e.g. product setup), and system reporting.

Assist with user training programs.

Partner with the business and development teams on Workday platform enhancements.

Perform user account provisioning, de-provisioning and maintenance.

Monitor system availability, integrations and vendor enhancement requests.

4+ years of related experience in Financial Systems, Accounting and Finance

Assist in investigating and assessing process improvement opportunities, determining requirements and delivering data-driven recommendations to stakeholders

Provide day to day support to the Finance team with report administration and system enhancements within Workday

Experience with developing and writing Workday financial reports required

Experience in Health Care, Senior Living or related field preferred

Good communication skills (both written and oral, English skills required)

Overseeing change management procedures including synchronization and maintenance of test environments, testing, change approvals, and release management

Experience in Accounting, finance, or journal entries.

Ability to lead meetings, scrum calls, requirement gathering, outline solutions and best practices.

Supporting Workday user community in system usage, data changes (e.g. product setup), and system reporting

Partnering with business consulting and development teams on Workday platform enhancements

Collaborating with information security team on system monitoring and incident response
