Job Description

Title: Workday Business Analyst

Location: Remote

Type: Long-Term-Contract / Contract-to-Hire


Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst with Workday implementation expertise to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, identifying areas for improvement, and proposing solutions that enhance business operations. You will also be responsible for configuring and maintaining Workday systems to ensure they meet business needs, with a particular emphasis on Workday implementation projects.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain reports to meet business requirements.
  • Document current systems and To-Be solutions in details.
  • Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Workday implementation projects.
  • Analyze business requirements and identify areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure business needs are met
  • Stay up-to-date with Workday releases and new features to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Ability to configure and maintain Workday systems to meet business requirements, with a particular emphasis on Workday implementation projects.
  • Develop and maintain documentation on Workday system configurations.
  • Provide training and support to end-users of Workday systems, with a particular emphasis on Workday implementation projects.


Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
  • Experience in developing reports and dashboards in Workday
  • Workday certification is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
  • Experience in configuring and maintaining Workday systems, with a particular emphasis on Workday implementation projects.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Strong understanding of Workday HCM and Finance modules
