Job Description

LevelUp is seeking a Workday Financials Process Consultant with extensive experience working with Workday Financial modules. You will be the primary support contact for our Workday user community while also ensuring that the security, availability, and confidentiality of our Workday platform is maintained.



RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Monitoring of system availability, integrations and vendor enhancement requests
  • Collaborating with information security team on system monitoring and incident response
  • Partnering with business consulting and development teams on Workday platform enhancements
  • Overseeing change management procedures including synchronization and maintenance of test environments, testing, change approvals, and release management
  • Supporting Workday user community in system usage, data changes (e.g. product setup), and system reporting


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Ability to lead meetings, scrum calls, requirement gathering, outline solutions and best practices.
  • Experience in Accounting, finance, or journal entries.
  • Ability to be a techno-functional resource between the business, end-users, and technical teams.
  • Workday Financial module experience.
  • Agile/Scrum.
  • Understanding of Assets/projects/capitalization/procurement/etc. would be beneficial but not necessary.
