The Job


As a Workday Recruiting & Core HCM Analyst **,**


you’ll be part of our Global HRIS team working as a virtual employee.


You’ll Get To


  • Well-versed and experienced In EIB Data Loads.
  • Masters an expert level understanding of the Recruiting, Onboarding & Core HCM, module’s business processes’ technical & configuration capabilities and maintains a level of mastery for future releases
  • Gathering of requirements for system development, administration, and enhancements


Work with the lead analyst to create standard templates for end-user submissions


  • As instructed by the Lead Analyst, analyzes any downstream technical impact from backlog resolution and/or release management activities.
  • Assist In other areas of the application support as needed such as payroll, benefits, and time and labor
  • Configures complex business processes as identified and approved by the lead analyst


Provides insights and recommendations related to these activities.


  • Collaborates with Tiered services and acts as T3 technical support for issues related to business process configurations. Ensures issue resolutions and further identifies knowledge management content if appropriate.
  • Works with the Enablement team to document all in-system process flows for end users
  • Keeps abreast of Workday products, new features, releases, and integrated technologies in order to support continuous improvement
  • Supports regulatory and data compliance and adherence to business process controls
  • Completes In-depth testing and debugging as needed
  • Partners and collaborates with Product Managers to support the review of continuous process improvement and their ongoing requests.
  • Tests new releases once configured in the tenant and provides final review to Lead Analyst ahead of moving to production.
  • Create Ad-Hoc reports for usage within HRIS or HR SS team

  • Workday Certifications highly preferred, Courses: Recruiting and HCM fundamentals,
  • Experience with testing methodology and approach
  • Experience with software development cycle and methodologies
  • Success creating complex calculated fields, and developing eligibility, validation, and condition rules
  • At least 5 years HR Technology experience, with at least 2.5 years directly in a Systems Analyst role
  • Analytical problem solver
  • Report Writer
  • Bachelor’s Degree (B.A. Or B.S.) from an accredited College/University, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Degree In Human Resources, Information Technology, Or Business-related field preferred.
  • Previous Workday configuration experience required
  • Technical acumen
  • Previous experience configuring Workday advanced compensation and benefits preferred
  • Functional knowledge of recruiting & core HCM data management, technical knowledge Of EIB Loads, and experience with standard testing procedures
  • Certs: Recruiting Pro, HCM Pro
