Job Description

We have a direct hire position with one of the largest Hospital Networks in the US for a Workday HCM/Recruitment Analyst.


Candidates must have a background in configuration, builds, and implementation. Of the Workday HCM modules.


Our client is not looking for a Super User of Workday HCM/Recruitment.


Candidates can sit in the following states, but he must be able to work Pacific Hours. Candidates sitting in the Pacific or Mountain Time zones are highly preferred.


This position is available to work from home in the following states: Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Louisiana, Missouri, Montana, Nevada, North Carolina, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, and Utah.


Workday HCM/Recruiting II



Leads matrixed teams/projects with substantial resource requirements, risk and/or complexity. Consults with process owners/teams to proactively identify and develop business processes or data needs that may be addressed through technology solutions. Performs critical and highly complex system analysis, design, development, documentation, and configuration. Provides standardization direction for the product, aligning application version and workflow with current standards. Assesses need for training solutions to ensure users use the technologies effectively and proficiently. Serves as resource/mentor/coach for technicians. Collaborates on system usage and to support initiatives.


EDUCATION:

  • Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma. Bachelor's: Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration or related field or equivalent education/experience


  • SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE: Knowledge and understanding of Workday HCM/Recruitment configuration, and the general use and requirement of technology in an integrated delivery system.
  • Demonstrates respect for cultural and linguistic differences and promotes an inclusive work environment.
  • Knowledge of the life cycle of application environments.
  • Organization skills and attention to details.
  • Critical thinking and analytical skills to identify trends and patterns, resolve issues or recommend innovative solutions.

  • Ability to communicate through verbal and written means, especially when communicating complex technical terms/issues to a non-technical audience.

  • Ability to interact and maintain effective working relationships with those contacted in the performance of required duties.
