Deliver knowledge transfer and change management of configuration modifications.

Participate in documenting design strategies, technical business requirements and road maps for Nordic’s HR systems

Configure and support existing Workday modules (HCM, Absence, Time Tracking, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, Learning and Advanced Compensation)

Leverage experience and suggest best practices and lessons learned when rolling out new functionality

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

Project manage implementations of new modules

Develop procedures, manuals, and other documentation for the systems developed based on the requirements gathered

Strong communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills required to interact with colleagues and internal customers

Prior experience in harmonizing finance processes across federated business units with multiple ERPs and HCMs

Support multiple business units and business functions in clarifying the business needs and transforming business needs into functional requirements.

Create and maintain business requirements documentation (BRD/FSD/TSD) and process documentation including data flows, diagrams and charts to support requirements.

Manage, maintain and optimize the company's Workday system.

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Computer Engineering, or related field

Strong business acumen, analysis skills including written communication and presentation development.

Minimum 4 years relevant work experience required

Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results within deadlines

Workday certifications (such as Workday HCM, Recruiting, Payroll, Reporting, etc.) are preferred

Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and business teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective system configurations within Workday

The position requirements include, but are not limited to:

Strong background and experience in finance operations and/or working with purchasing, accounts payable, suppliers, expenses, and budgets is desirable.

Knowledge of and experience with both waterfall and agile methodologies are advantageous.

Previous experience configuring Workday Advanced Compensation and Benefits preferred

At least three years’ HR technology experience, with at least half of that directly in a systems analyst role

Experience with project management and associated principles.

Experience working with users developing business requirements.

Experience working in higher education. Confident with Agile development methodology.

Documents business requirements based on customer requests to guide development of delivered solutions.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field required or equivalent experience

3-5 years of experience required.

3+ years' experience of Workday configuration in modules such as HCM, Absence, Time Tracking, Learning, Performance Management, Recruiting, and Compensation (required)

THIRD PARTY MANAGEMENT: Participates on vendor calls and meetings as necessary.

RISK MANAGEMENT: Documents standard operation procedures (SOPs).

CHANGE MANAGEMENT: Works with Communications and Learning teams to develop tools and resources to support change management.

CONFIGURATION: Responsible for new configuration of business requirements and revision of more complex configuration.

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (required)

Previous, demonstrated Project Management experience in this subject matter, certification preferred.

Change management experience and understanding of PROSCI methodology.

Partner with key stakeholders on change management and communication strategies related to Workday enhancements and releases.

BA/BS and 8+ years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.

Experience with Oracle, SharePoint, MS Office

Works with Workday technical support team to develop requirements, test configuration, and vet with key regional stakeholders.

Serve as a subject matter expert and effectively communicate Workday capabilities

Minimum 6 years+ of Workday configuration and integration experience and participation in at minimum 2 full lifecycles of Workday implementations;

Develop training materials and participate in change management efforts including training and educating the business on Workday and People team processes

Participate in process optimization and standardization, along with other responsibilities as assigned

Collaborate with senior architects to identify potential solutions; develop prototypes and design requirements documentation

Support cost/benefit estimates and create VPMO requests when additional capacity or hardware is needed.

Participate across the project lifecycle team to ensure requirements have been met to stakeholder specifications.

Experience configuring and supporting Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) – Workday administration experience preferred.
