Your Role
As a Digital Team Member with us, you'll step into the role of a creative powerhouse within our internal marketing team. Your responsibilities will include:
🎨 Crafting captivating designs for Butterfly Beach product graphics, print materials, presentations (PowerPoint, Prezi), and more.
🌟 Collaborating with video-focused creatives to produce animated graphics and digital assets that enhance their projects.
💡 Assisting the sales team by conceptualizing and designing mockups to present innovative Spectrum solutions and expand our marketing horizons.
📝 Collaborating with content developers and technical writers to pair the perfect copy with your digital assets and design projects.
🎈 Upholding the consistent brand image across various digital touchpoints, ensuring that our products and services resonate with our audience.

Your Qualifications
In addition to your inherent qualities, specific skills and experience will empower your success as a Digital Designer:
🎓 Bachelor’s degree in digital design, graphic design, marketing, communications, computer science, or a related field (preferred).
🎨 1-2 years of graphic design experience, showcasing your artistic flair and attention to detail.
🖌️ Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects.
🖼️ Mastery of PowerPoint and hands-on experience with HTML and CSS (preferred).
🛍️ Familiarity with Shopify and Squarespace.
