Warranty Claims Jobs

• Collaborate with a diverse network of people
• Work locally or remotely, significantly reducing or eliminating the demands to travel
• Actively deliver innovative solutions for Accenture's clients

• Answering dealer questions about warranty policy and claim submission
• Must have strong attention to detail when listening and speaking to dealerships, and using company systems to process their information
• Resolving pricing errors on claims
• When additional research is required, make outbound calls to dealerships to resolve outstanding issues
• Take inbound calls from dealerships and/or end customer
• Maintaining / updating equipment registrations
• Developing and maintaining internal standard operating procedure documentation
• Utilize training resources and internal sites as required
• Build relationships with dealerships to provide excellent customer experiences to every dealership, every time
• Use critical thinking skills to process complex situations and provide personalized resolutions
• Resolving dealer issues with claim entry and submission
• Updating warranty coverage periods on equipment

• Automotive technical training or equivalent work experience

• Min. of 1 year of Customer Service experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft Suite and basic computer skills
• ASC certification is a plus
• Provide clear written and oral communication

• Vehicle Warranty Knowledge
