- Collaborate with a diverse network of people
- Work locally or remotely, significantly reducing or eliminating the demands to travel
- Actively deliver innovative solutions for Accenture's clients
- Apply your skills and experience to help drive business transformation
- Answering dealer questions about warranty policy and claim submission
- Must have strong attention to detail when listening and speaking to dealerships, and using company systems to process their information
- Resolving pricing errors on claims
- When additional research is required, make outbound calls to dealerships to resolve outstanding issues
- Take inbound calls from dealerships and/or end customer
- Maintaining / updating equipment registrations
- Developing and maintaining internal standard operating procedure documentation
- Utilize training resources and internal sites as required
- Build relationships with dealerships to provide excellent customer experiences to every dealership, every time
- Use critical thinking skills to process complex situations and provide personalized resolutions
- Resolving dealer issues with claim entry and submission
- Updating warranty coverage periods on equipment
- Automotive technical training or equivalent work experience
- Min. of 1 year of Customer Service experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Suite and basic computer skills
- ASC certification is a plus
- Provide clear written and oral communication
