Customer Experience consists of three separate yet unified teams to ensure a positive, holistic, and lasting relationship between the customer and the brand. Warranty and Repairs is one of these teams and exists to service and educate the customer during the post purchase stages. As the Warranty and Repairs Manager your focus will be owning the day-to-day operations of our warranty, repairs, and circularity initiatives helping ensure that our customers' Cotopaxi gear can last as long as possible through functional repairs and our circular approach to warrantied items. They/she/he not only values our circular approach, but also has a passion and understanding for how product is developed both in design and construction. Leveraging this knowledge base you will ensure that the claims process is the most beneficial for the customer and the brand while always keeping sustainability in focus. You will help to “close the loop” with actionable insights derived from the data you manage (our claims!) to support the functional lifetime of our products. This role reports to the Director of CX, and they/she/he will help us continue to deliver on our Guaranteed for Good TM promise! You’ve been directly involved with warranty and repairs process. 1
  • 2 yrs experience with product design and/or development.
You are familiar with the concepts, language, and execution of a Product team.
Familiar and has experience with sewing and textiles repairs and creative upcycle solutions.
You are a creative, DIYer, and not afraid to get hands on with repairs and product reconstruction. 2
  • 4 yrs of leading a team in a fast-paced environment.
You have a track record of putting people first. 2+ yrs in Customer Experience or Support. You know how to manage an inbox and provide best-in-class customer service.
Experience with Kustomer or equivalent CRM is preferred.
