People Operations Intern - Fall 2023

Smartly.io is looking for a part-time People Operations Intern as a part of our Fall 2023 internship program! You will assist with HR operations and help maintain a positive workplace experience in a global, hybrid working environment of 650+ Smartlies. Based in our NYC office, this is an excellent opportunity for a sociable problem-solver who is interested in People Operations in the world of digital advertising technology. As a People Operations intern, you will…

• Assist with new employee welcome procedures and onboarding
• Assist with ad-hoc Workplace Operations and Talent Acquisition projects
• Meet and collaborate with fellow interns and full-time Smartlies in our New York office.
• Be involved in employee and workplace experience initiatives such as employee well-being, diversity and inclusion, and in-office event coordination.

We are looking for you if you…

• Have strong written and verbal communication skills
• Are working toward a degree program with an area of interest such as Human Resources Management, Psychology, or Business
• Are detail-oriented and organized
• Are not afraid to ask questions or make suggestions
• Will be a full-time junior, senior, or recent grad at an accredited 4-year College or University during the Fall 2023 semester AND are legally authorized to work in the US

This internship will be part-time (15-20 hours per week) on-site in our Lower Manhattan office during the Fall 2023 semester. It is a paid opportunity at $18/hour and will also offer course credit.
