Job Description

Our client in the marketing industry is looking for a contract HR Operations Coordinator. This role hybrid in NYC midtown West.


  • Pay -$30-$33/hour, depending on experience


Responsibilities:


  • Use the company’s HR systems to generate regular reports for audits, benefits management, updating org charts.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommend best practices.
  • Participate in HR related projects.
  • Onboarding/offboarding employees. Conduct new hire orientation


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • 1-4 years of relevant Human Resource experience required.
  • Must have experience from a start-up/ creative ambiguous environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with meticulous attention to detail and deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR Information System(s).
