People Operations Assistant (Contract)

Our client is hiring a contract People Operations Assistant to support their team. This position will be fully remote and start immediately.

• Hourly pay $20-$24/hour

Responsibilities:

• Take on HR related projects, additional related responsibilities as assigned
• Provide HR reporting support utilizing Microsoft Excel
• Maintain strict confidentiality
• Create offer letters, onboarding, offboarding
• Process, verify and maintain documentation relating to various HR activities
• Answer and address requests related to employee status updates
• Create, maintain, and update employee records in company’s HR Information System

Required Qualifications:

• Customer service mindset
• Great communication and writing skills
• Close attention to details/take initiative
• Bachelor’s degree, preferred focus in Human Resources or similar
• 1-3 years of related HR experience, HR Internships are accepted
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, Prior use of HR System(s)
