Joint Venture Partner - Wholesale Real Estate


Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Joint Venture Partner to join our dynamic team. As a Joint Venture Partner specializing in wholesale real estate, you will play a crucial role in identifying and securing profitable investment opportunities. Your expertise in real estate, combined with strong communication and negotiation skills, will contribute to the overall success of our organization.


Responsibilities:

- Identify potential joint venture opportunities in the wholesale real estate market

- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to evaluate the viability of investment prospects

- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, property owners, and real estate agents

- Collaborate with the acquisitions team to negotiate favorable deals and contract terms

- Manage due diligence processes, including property inspections, financial analysis, and legal documentation

- Coordinate and oversee property renovations or repairs, ensuring projects stay within budget and timeline

- Monitor market trends and stay up-to-date with industry developments to identify emerging investment opportunities

- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on joint venture progress and performance


Qualifications:

- Proven experience and success in wholesale real estate, including sourcing and executing joint venture deals

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information in a clear and compelling manner

- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective business relationships

- In-depth knowledge of the real estate market, including market trends, investment strategies, and legal regulations
