Corkys Footwear VP of Sales – Key Accounts


WHO WE ARE

Corkys Footwear is a growing women’s footwear brand looking to expand our sales team across the U.S. What started as a small, family owned business in Little Rock, AR has quickly grown into an established brand making a large presence in boutiques nationwide. Our primary focus is creating comfortable footwear for all women without compromising fashion. The perfect individual to join our team will be a proactive, highly motivated, forward-thinking person with a passion for the footwear industry.


ABOUT THE POSITION

The Corkys Footwear sales team partners with retailers and internal teams to understand the needs of consumers and the realities of the marketplace, as well as, how our product best fits in to that equation. The VP of Sales is responsible for selling company products through retailers across the US. As the VP of Sales, you will manage all sales functions for your Key Accounts to ensure the business grows according to sales projections. Sales functions include building relationships with key accounts, account financial planning, assortment planning, developing and implementing sales plans, coordinating special product showings, and working closely with our team internally.

This position does require extensive travel.


HOW YOU WILL SUCCEED

·Drive results through delivering an elevated customer experience. This will consist of In-person visits, trade show attendance, and virtual connection.

·Foster customer relationships by continually developing knowledge of current trends and business practices.

  • Work closely with Corkys sales management team to review sales data and account management.
  • Work closely with all retailers to establish appropriate sales goals based on sales history analysis and projected sales trends.
  • Work closely with all departments to coordinate product presentations and provide feedback on technical aspects of product including design and materials based on what you are hearing and seeing in the marketplace.
  • Manage all aspects of key accounts by developing and implementing sales strategies that promote the sale and sell-through of Corkys product.
  • Manage key accounts and sell the appropriate products to drive profitable growth for the brand and the account.
