Senior Manager, Multifamily Asset Management

Volt Professional Search is immediately hiring for a Senior Manager, Asset Management for a Los Angeles-based real estate company's multifamily portfolio.
As a Senior Manager, Asset Management you will:

• Prepare monthly reports and presentations related to property and portfolio performance
• Perform property visits to evaluate building presentation, capital projects/development progress, market comparables, and submarket conditions
• Work cross-functionally with other departments to ensure business plans are executed and lead monthly financial reviews with the operations team
• Additional duties as assigned
• Research current market trends to support decision making
• Review monthly financial and operating reports to measure performance against budget and business plans
• Work with outside vendors and stakeholders to ensure proper execution of business plans in accordance with strategic planning

This is a full-time, direct-hire opportunity.
The ideal candidate will have:

• Bachelor's in Finance, Economics, Real Estate or related field
• Excellent communications skills
• A minimum of 5 years of multifamily asset management experience
• Advanced Excel to include the ability to build financial models from scratch
• Management experience

Salary: $130,000 - $190,000 per year + 20% bonus
