We are looking for a Regional Multifamily Manager to join our team!

Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Multifamily Manager to oversee the operations and performance of our multifamily properties within a designated region. The Regional Multifamily Manager will be responsible for driving operational excellence, maximizing occupancy rates, and ensuring a high level of resident satisfaction. This position requires a strategic mindset, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the multifamily housing market.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor financial performance, review budgeting and financial reports, and implement strategies to optimize property revenues and control expenses.
- Provide guidance and support to on-site property managers, assisting them in achieving operational targets, resolving complex issues and ensure accounting policies are being followed.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve revenue and occupancy goals across the portfolio.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards, identify areas for improvement, and address maintenance or safety concerns.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting the multifamily housing industry, and make recommendations to enhance the company's competitive position.
- Foster positive tenant relations by promptly addressing inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and customer-centric manner.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective marketing and leasing strategies to attract and retain residents.
- Oversee the overall operations of multifamily properties within the region, ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, applicable regulations and ensure each property is operating in a consistent manner with the business plan.
Qualifications:
- Ability to travel
- Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team of property managers and staff.
- Strong knowledge of property management principles, leasing practices, and relevant laws and regulations.
- Proven experience as a Regional Manager or similar role in the multifamily housing industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field (preferred).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with residents, owners, and team members.
- Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence, achieve financial targets, and deliver exceptional customer service.
