The Role

Fidelity Labs is looking for a VP – Product Manager to join a new AI SaaS startup. The startup’s focus is building innovative SaaS technology for financial services. This role will have direct responsibility for the delivery of our solutions to the market place. Experience building an integrated Product Management function at a AI/ML startup is a necessary pre-requisite for this role.

The Expertise You Have

  • Ability to think like a CEO to drive the success of the start up’s revenue objectives
  • Experience transforming product strategy into well-articulated business requirements, as well as using qualitative and quantitative data effectively to inform product direction and prioritization
  • Ability to represent the company at industry events as a product evangelist.
  • Ability to analyze complex business data and Customer use cases
  • Must have built one (or more) AI/ML capability
  • Demonstrated success defining and shipping products in an iterative manner, with a hands-on willingness to do whatever it takes from an execution perspective
  • At least 5 years of relevant, hands-on product management experience and demonstrated success at leading enterprise software SaaS companies
  • Leadership through influence rather than organization structures
  • Solid understanding of relevant technology and tools including APIs, cloud solutions and programming languages and how SaaS integrations work
  • Strong product design skills, from both a technical API and user interface design perspective
  • Experience with service-oriented architecture, microservices, and event-driven architecture
  • Experience in regulated financial services is a BIG PLUS
