Position Summary
At MedReview, we believe in building strong partnerships with our clients, and as the VP of Account Management you will own the growth and performance of the portfolio of clients and provide leadership and mentorship to a team of Account Managers. This role will provide guidance on client satisfaction and growth strategies across the client portfolio. The VP will supervise, coach and support the development of Account Managers while fostering a strategic mindset and growth culture. This position will establish executive level relationships with key client personnel and be a primary contact for Account Managers and Clients. The VP will have a thorough understanding of our clients’ risks and opportunities and will communicate portfolio updates with senior leadership. Ensuring service and operational excellence will be critical. This role will facilitate delivery of new tools and solutions to meet clients’ financial and growth goals. The VP will be responsible for achieving assigned goals related to client satisfaction, revenue/profitability, and growth.
As a member of the Leadership Team, it is critical to build relationships with colleagues as well as promote and live the values and culture of the organization.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor of Science or equivalent work experience.
· Over 10 years’ relevant experience in payment integrity initiatives in the healthcare industry, including knowledge of industry and payer policies and procedures, provider contracting, and related items that impact payment accuracy.
· Familiarity with changing landscape in health care delivery, rules and regulations.
· Experience in resolving internal and external problems and challenges.
· Excellent oral and written communication skills and boardroom level presentation style.
· Proven experience leading and growing large complex client relationships in senior client roles.
· Customer-service oriented mindset
· Experience in contract negotiations, pricing and client defined SOW development.
· Drive actionable and implementable strategies that produce tangible results.

· Lead payment integrity initiatives for clients.
· Evaluate tools and techniques to improve accuracy, streamline processes and reduce provider abrasion.
· Build strong partnerships with clients to understand their needs and deliver customized payment integrity solutions.
· Work across teams to develop and achieve goals and drive client success.
· Drive innovation and bring new ideas to the table to continuously improve payment integrity services.
· Develop strong executive level relationships with decision makers at key clients.
· Implement strategies to retain clients through understanding their needs, expectations, fostering strong collaborative partnerships, and leveraging MedReview resources to ensure an optimized customer experience.
