The base salary range for this role is $110,250 per year - $181,125 per year, depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This role is eligible for the Fanatics Betting and Gaming annual bonus program and an equity award.

As Senior Manager, VIP Account Management at Fanatics Betting & Gaming (FBG), you will be responsible for managing a team of VIP Account Managers while maintaining and building your own portfolio of VIP players. The Senior Manager will work to improve customer engagement and loyalty for FBG’s sports betting and online casino products. Additionally, the Senior Manager will display strong people management skills to coach, mentor and motivate the team of VIP Account Managers. Reporting into SVP leadership the Senior Manager will play an integral role on the VIP team.
Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of VIP Account Managers, providing coaching, guidance and training
  • Set clear team goals and KPIs, in order to measure both team and individual performance
  • Deliver against company responsible gaming metrics
  • Meet predetermined productivity, quality, and Service Level Agreement targets
  • Regularly engage with VIP players to monitor and identify opportunities to increase engagement and loyalty
  • Must be open to occasional travel to Fanatics Betting & Gaming offices and other locations for conferences, events, meetings, and team-building activities
  • Help to plan, attend and host VIP player events
  • Provide detailed reports on your Customer Portfolio to both your line managers and relevant departments within the business
  • Manage and build a portfolio of VIP players & develop relationships with those customers through enhanced service and proactive correspondence
Experience And Skills

  • Must reside within a state where online sports betting is currently legalized
  • Understanding of performance metrics and ability to measure overall team and individual performance
  • Willing and able to work non-traditional business hours
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to build relationships
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills
  • Minimum 5 years of experience, including prior experience within the online gaming VIP space
  • Proven work experience as a team leader or people manager
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and exceptional attention to detail
