About The Role

Veho is looking for a Head of Business Operations to drive our daily and strategic operations. The role will be responsible for leading Veho’s OKRs and strategic operational planning as well as and managing core operational functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex operations, implementing effective business strategies, leading strategic planning, and driving growth and profitability.

What You'll Do

• Drive Operational Strategy: Own corporate OKR planning and governance; lead operational strategy to help drive growth, profitability, and speed; collaborate with cross-functional teams and serve as a primary POC for the Product team.
• Lead the knowledge management function and build necessary SOPs: Monitor and maintain operational health across the company; monitor and analyze business performance to identify areas for improvement and make necessary adjustments; develop and maintain key performance metrics to monitor operational performance and identify areas for improvement; responsible for managing and monitoring the Operations team budget; foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Build and lead core operational teams: Lead operations OKRs; implement and manage a centralized shared services department; build an operational data and reporting team.

What You Bring

• Experience leading OKR planning
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Demonstrated ability to drive process improvement and optimize operational performance
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field; MBA preferred
• Experience managing budgets and financial forecasts
• Demonstrated experience developing and implementing successful business strategies
• Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to build and manage high-performing teams
• 10+ years of experience in business operations, supply chain management, or tech
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

$250,000 - $275,000 a year

The base salary range for this position is $250,000-$275,000 and will be dependent upon a number of factors such as education, work experience, skills, location and performance in the role. Additionally, Veho offers a competitive equity package, comprehensive medical, dental and vision coverage as well as other benefits such as a 401k and unlimited PTO.
